1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and SoccerScholarship Academy LLC, doing business as StudentAthlete.ai ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the StudentAthlete.ai website and our recruiting consultancy services.

2. CONSULTANCY STATUS & ELIGIBILITY
StudentAthlete.ai is a recruitment consultancy. We are not a sports agency. We do not represent athletes in professional contract negotiations. You acknowledge that maintaining academic and amateurism eligibility under NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA bylaws is the sole responsibility of the student-athlete and their guardians. We are not responsible for any loss of eligibility due to a client’s failure to adhere to these governing bodies' rules.

3. NO GUARANTEES OF OUTCOME
While we provide high-level networking, film optimization, and strategy, all final decisions regarding roster spots, admissions, and financial aid/scholarships are made exclusively by the colleges and universities. Our "100% Placement Rate" is a historical metric based on our selective "Done-For-You" (DFY) program and does not serve as a legal guarantee of a future roster spot or specific scholarship dollar amount for any new client.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our free resources (videos, templates, tools) are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, andgraphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us.

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Site or applying for a call, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms; (3) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Site.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will Soccer Scholarship Academy LLC or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit or lost opportunity, arising from your use of the site or our services.

StudentAthlete.ai is an independent recruiting consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of the NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA. The "100% Placement Rate" referenced on this site reflects the historical success of student-athletes pre-qualified and accepted into our "Done-For-You" (DFY) program; however, past performance is not a guarantee of future results. In accordance with NCAA regulations and consumer protection standards, StudentAthlete.ai does not guarantee specific scholarship dollar amounts, roster spots, or admission to any specific academic institution. All final offers of athletic financial aid and roster placement are made at the sole discretion of the respective college coaching staff and their university’s admissions department. StudentAthlete.ai does not act as a sports agent and does not market student-athletes for professional sports opportunities. Our resources and services are strictly educational and advisory, providing networking assistance, film optimization, and recruitment strategy. Student-athletes and their families are solely responsible for maintaining amateurism and academic eligibility as defined by the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA Eligibility Centers.
